Edgar Antonio Alamo (he/him) is an innovative Latinx lighting designer currently based on Yokut land in the Central Valley of California. Driven by the transformative power of storytelling, Edgar breathes life into his art through the mesmerizing interplay of light. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Theatre from CSU Stanislaus and a Master's degree in Lighting Design from CSU Fullerton, he has meticulously honed his craft, consistently expanding his expertise and artistic vision. Edgar currently serves as a Performing Arts Technician II and an Adjunct Professor at his alma mater, CSU Stanislaus, while also pursuing his passion as a dedicated freelance Lighting Designer.
